You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create a vip4d account. One account per person is strictly enforced. False registration information results in immediate account closure.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and other supported methods are credited promptly. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates. Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus terms will result in forfeiture of funds and account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip4d login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting bots, multi-accounting, money laundering, and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which vip4d operates internationally. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration before any court action may be initiated.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vip4d. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and fully understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Use of the vip4d platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any form of gaming or wagering activity on the platform. vip4d operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
21+ Only: Online gaming at vip4d is for adults aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to access, register, or use this platform under any circumstances.
vip4d primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any court order restricting your ability to contract, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without their explicit written authorization.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the vip4d platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held therein.
To access the full range of vip4d services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, at a minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, your date of birth, and your preferred Indonesian Rupiah payment method.
You are obligated to ensure that all information provided at registration and throughout your membership remains accurate and up to date. vip4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. If any information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated, vip4d may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip4d login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vip4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the vip4d support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

All processing times stated above are indicative and may be affected by banking system maintenance windows, public holidays, or third-party processing delays beyond vip4d's control.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no platform fee charged by vip4d on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vip4d accepts no responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any processing costs incurred.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
All transactions on the vip4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vip4d does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not offer currency conversion services.
No Platform Fees: vip4d does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees incurred are solely those applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
vip4d offers various promotional incentives to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, as well as these general bonus provisions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds credited to a vip4d account:
Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different time limit is specified in the promotion-specific terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the applicable time limit.
Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports betting (sportsbook) wagers contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo) contribute 20%. Bandar Q and Capsa Susun contribute 30%. vip4d reserves the right to amend game contribution rates with 7 days' notice posted on the platform.
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine gameplay risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion between members — will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonus funds, the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account(s), and the withholding of any withdrawal requests pending investigation.
vip4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Members who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of withdrawal will continue to be subject to the terms that applied at the time of the claim.
All games offered on the vip4d platform — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot titles, Bandar Q, and Capsa Susun — are operated using independently certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. vip4d is committed to provably fair gaming; return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed on each game's information panel.
All sports betting markets, including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are governed by the vip4d Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Sportsbook page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail for sports-betting-related matters.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the time limits specified in the Sportsbook Rules, or declared void for any reason, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance. vip4d's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of any game round, vip4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. Payouts arising from demonstrably erroneous odds, game settings, or malfunctions are not valid and will not be honored.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
vip4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
vip4d aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high volume, verification may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification; deposits and gameplay are not affected during this period.
vip4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with high-value transactions, unusual account activity, or routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.
All content on the vip4d platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game titles, graphics, user interface elements, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of vip4d or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of vip4d.
Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to vip4d for display on the platform. Any unauthorized use of such content is a violation of both these Terms and the applicable studio's intellectual property rights.
vip4d endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability; however, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible. vip4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities.
The vip4d platform integrates with third-party payment providers, game studios, and data feed suppliers. vip4d is not liable for any failure, delay, error, or interruption attributable to a third-party service provider, including processing delays by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or any other payment partner.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip4d's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall vip4d be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform, even if vip4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, vip4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the vip4d platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip4d holds its international operating license. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as an admission that vip4d is subject to the domestic gaming regulations of any particular country in which its members reside.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the vip4d platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days of the dispute being raised in writing to the vip4d support team, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in vip4d's operating jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sportsbook Rules, and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between vip4d and the Member with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
